"The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need of major renovation. Our room was damp and there was mildew under the air conditioner. Also, no phone in the room so when we needed maintenance we had to walk across the street to the front desk. The pool was very nice, very clean. Plenty of chairs around the pool but the cushions were mildewed. We did see a couple of bugs in our room-nothing major, but when checking out I overheard the desk clerk talking with a couple that found bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"the waterpark was great for our kids , disappointed the lazy river was closed but everything else was great and staff were super nice."

"Overall it was good. Unfortunately I had many issues in my room. No hot water when I took a shower!! I had to take cold showers for 4 nights, tv had a terrible signal so I couldn’t watch a movie, blow dryer didn’t work and their shower didn’t have any conditioner or body wash!! I would not stay at this hotel again!! "

"Great place to take your kids. They have a lot of games on the outside by the pool, which they have two pools . 4ft and 5ft deep . When we got here, we got upgraded to a king size room for $30 a night.. There was a weird smell all week in our a lot of noise clanking around not sure what it was. only five options for breakfast. overall, I would get this for 3.5."

"Out of 4 elevators only 2 were working. The crowd of people waiting was nuts! We waited 20 minutes to get on an elevator to get to our room. Unacceptable "
