"Best hotel ever. We love this hotel. It was our first time to Panama City and we were so happy with our experience. The hotel is a gem, we really appreciated the full kitchen (especially with a toddler!) Full kitchen! Fridge, oven, microwave. I didn't want to leave. There are two buildings- the main building by the beachside. A great outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool) and feet from the turquoise sea. The view is extraordinary. There is also a tiki bar by the pool area. We stood in the other building, smaller and across the street. Perfectly fine because we had our own indoor pool area, and another kiddie pool! This place is magic. The hotel was established around 1978, so think of chill retro vibe of 70/80s Florida. I hope to come back to Panama City and Palmetto is where we will stay <3"

"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."

"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."
