"We loved the location was on beach. Pools were great. The only issue we had was cleanliness, when we first checked in our room was not cleaned properly someone’s underwear were on floor of bathroom. So the moved us to another room the floors were dirty not vacuumed or swept. They don not clean rooms every day. Just refresh towels and trash every other day. They do a full clean on day 5. But did not wash dishes. The pool area needed attention throughput the day but none was given. Also no staff outside at pool area windows and doors to this area were extremely dirty, no cleaned for 5 days."
