"El hotel solo es bello , por el lujo, después todo lo de más es impuestos y gastos y cargos .. ni te dejan usar la nevera del cuarto porque tienen sensores solo para sus bebidas !! Osea que si vas con un bebé y tienes que poner fórmula o leche en nevera , busca otra hotel porque se te dañará ya que no permiten que entren nada que no sea sus bebidas específicas que tienen . Y que decir de la piscina!! Son bellas pero para sentarte al rededor de ellas debes pagar de 450- 650 depende la demanda del día al igual que en la playa !!!!.. también hay iguanas al rededor de la picsina y aunque no agan nada eso molesta .. un agua cuesta $12 dólares la misma que cuesta $3 en el marquét. Como dije al principio, el Hotel solo es bello y lujo y te cogen hasta $1,000 dólares en hold . Depende los días así que vallan preparados"

"The stand out for your property is ‘Roy’ your Concierge. His knowledge was second to none - thankyou Roy However Front of building Valet Parking was deplorable Your app did not work Messages sent not answered Most of the time their desk outside was unmanned Also their phone number when rang was disconnected Your hotel asthetic is beautiful especially the pool area However our room was underwhelming and our grey couch did not live up to the hotel aesthetic Staff at reception were not particularly interested in anything we had to say perhaps going back to basics on guest relations would benefit Room service for a snack is expected from a hotel of your level Decor in reception area was exceptional Location was perfect in the French Quarter"

The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach

"A lovely beach resort. The courtyard with the two pools and a hot tub is beautiful. The entire place is very clean and feels very safe. They have lots of activities (movie night, DJs during the day, restaurants onsite, etc.). If you're traveling with a dog, it is a very nice place to stay. Easy places to walk your pet. Room was nice albeit bathroom a tadbit smaller than I'd prefer but it was clean and had all of the essentials. Highly recommend this place for a beach vacation. We stayed 4 nights. Convenient drive to many great restaurants. You can even walk to a nearby pier."
