"Fairly new hotel, room well appointed, good size, carpet was a bit dirty few stains I would thought would be cleaner, the buffet breakfast for the price was terrible, small selection, lot food just sitting there not topped up or getting cold, and for the price even have to pay extra if you want to have a coffee made. Gym and sauna was the highlight and parking easy and free "

Room looks like it was recently updated with quality fixtures and fittings Staff were very friendly Shops 5 min drive 20 min walk Close to Penrith Panthers Club spoiled for restaurant choices and fun activities for young an old like lake golf. Children can challenge parents to see how far they can hit. There ie even a MacDonalds and yummy Krispy Cream Donuts near by. "

"My wife and I chose the cheapest option in booking a standard queen room for our overnight stay. We sent a message to the motel asking for a quiet room, however, upon arrival we found our allocated room to be very noisy with busy Windsor Road too close to the front door and the rear window overlooking the hotel beer garden that is open until 4am. We returned immediately to the reception to request a quiet room and had to pay a third more for a superior room in the block at the back of the property, which was much more to our liking (apart from the adjacent building works, but they stopped at 4pm). The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with a comfortable King size bed, great shower, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and it was very QUIET. We thoroughly enjoyed our restful, overnight stay."
