"We had an amazing trip to pinnacle hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the room and bed were great. The staff was amazing. We had a noise happen in our room early in the morning and the front desk helped right away and let us check out late to get more sleep which we really appreciated. The hot tub jets weren’t working when we were there other than that and the noise that I’m sure wasn’t common it was a great stay and we will definitely look at them again next trip."

"Great boutique hotel in North Vancouver. Easy access to the SeaBus and getting to downtown with plenty to do in the shipyard neighborhood itself. Clean and friendly staff. I enjoyed the room amenities and cafe offerings. It is tricky to park when first arriving just to check-in and bring up luggage unless you immediately go into the parking garage. I avoided this and would suggest street parking the first night depending on your arrival since it's free after 9pm. No gym, hot tub or pool and the room views definitely are not all ocean view and can leave a little bit to be desired in that regard. All in all the hotel was as, and in some ways, above what was expected and I would definitely consider booking here again."
