"Definitely an excellent location on one of the main streets of the medina, connecting the nearby Place des Ferblantiers (easy to reach by taxi, decent and inexpensive restaurants, Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs at a walking distance) with Jemaa al Fnaa. The hotel is large and comfortable, the rooms are average (not really suitable for a longer stay) but clean. The buffet breakfast is an absolute plus - varied, plentiful, with a selection of local dishes. "

"Me and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was that, for the price you’re paying for a single night, you wouldn’t expect certain problems. The curtain in our bedroom was torn, and the shower’s on/off switch was coming loose. You’d think you wouldn’t encounter issues like these in a five-star hotel"

"Rooms are very specious, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, charge free bottles of water provided every day.Very pleasant outside sitting option with exceptional service and pool view. The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration unforgettable .The room was decorated nicely, freshly baked cakes by chef and more…..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. "We had the best stay at Riad les dunes. Firstly I would advise booking the airport pick up through them (€20) as when you get to the medina it is quite daunting trying to find your way through the streets of Marrakesh (which you can’t drive down) we got picked up no problem and were escorted to the Riad by members of the team. The room was lovely, small (as all Riads would be) but the perfect size for the 2 of us, was cleaned every day and had all the amenities we needed. The Riad itself is beautiful, the roof top is lovely and the food is so so good! It’s in good walking distance to the main square (20 mins) and if you need taxis anywhere or have booked any trips, the entrance to get picked up is a 7 minute walk away. The thing that really makes this Riad the best place to stay is the staff! They could not do enough for us. They told us good recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit, and just anything we would ask and more! We only have 2 names (Ayoub & Mustaffa) but any staff member we came across was so kind and made us feel at home for the whole trip."
