"A quaint historic hotel in the heart of Anchorage. The room was large, comfortable and full of antique touches giving it a B&B feel. It is close to shopping and restaurants."
"This hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing. The one small complaint we have is that the hot tub jets would not come on. "

"This was a last minute find in Anchorage when we decided to switch from another hotel. We were so happy with everything about this hotel. It is brand new hotel with a great staff. The restaurant at the facility was good and reasonably priced as well. "
"The room was nice. It isn’t in the best area but we only were there one night and it is really convenient for the cruise. Lots of people that were going on our cruise stayed there. "
"Centrally located in the downtown area so easy walking to sights, shopping, restaurants and not far from the train station. The staff were all super friendly and were accommodating when I requested a room change (there was some outside noise that I couldn’t not hear). Decent breakfast included (basic but I don’t need fancy) and free tea and coffee all day. Vending machine available and Benihana in the parking lot. Lots of parking available and close to public transport options. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Anchorage, I’ll stay here again."
"Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Hightide cafe in lobby with breakfast and lunch options. I would definitely stay here again. There are a few steps to navigate to checkin and get to rooms. Within walking distance to lots of food, shopping and city buses. "
"We didn't feel the area was that safe and i would even say this for downtown Anchorage. There were many homeless people and it was very sad. Some seemed agitated."
