"My stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway from March 22 to March 23 was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location in Conway is also very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Moldy bathroom and no hot water refused to refund one of our 3 days and told us it would take a week for funds to be returned so we toughed it out do not stay here drug deals going on and strong odor of marijuana throughout the property. We always stay motel 6 but this was by far the worst in the country for me so far "

"They were kind enough to let us check in an hour early from my reservation request. No ice, shower temp was lukewarm at best. After my shower I am in the room and hear a knock - I head towards the door and staff had already opened our door and I was in my pajamas. I told them about the water temp - didn't help. "

"The room was super nice once I entered the room on Wednesday I didn’t come back out until breakfast Thursday morning. I wanted to stay and extra night but it was for work. Checking in and out was very fast and the clerks were extremely professional. I will be returning soon. Thank you "
