"The bedskirt did not fit, it was short and revealed a torn and unkempt bed base. Quite off putting. The carpets looked good, but not clean. The shower handle that runs hot and cold fell out.. despite their attempts to fix it, it fell out again the curtains kept trailing off and had to be fixed. All this in a span and f 5 days. Not once was I asked to move to a different room to salvage the experience. On the other had the staff was mostly kind; especially the guards at the front. Avinash at the hair salon was lovely to work with - high level of emotional intelligence. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and live instrumental music, very soothing. "

"Clean relaxing room. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Issue was resolved promptly and level of care was exceptional. Special thank you to Mohaak for the hospitality. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. Great location to the airport. Approx 25 mins from bandra and other attractions. Breakfast was lovely. Room service was great - food piping hot when arrived. The suite is definitely worth booking. Gold services are lovely addition. "
