"Another visit to this beautiful property in downtown Albuquerque close to all the action. We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta so there was a lot going on, but sleeping in the comfortable bed and the cozy room definitely helped us rest and recharge. We loved the drinks at the DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge and were pleasantly surprised with the Farmer's Market right outside the front doors on Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and super helpful and we can't wait to stay here again. "

"Beautiful, top quality hotel. Spotless. Room is thoughtfully designed for travelers'' comfort and needs (2 luggage racks, jewelry/laptop safe, desk, good lighting, spacious room and bathroom, makeup mirror and well-designed bathroom, lovely linens - no awful brown colors typical for hotels!!!!) Reception area, common room with fireplace, courtyard, business room are beautiful and well designed. I had a light dinner on the 4th floor rooftop lounge with drinks - good food, great aesthetics, heaters, stunning views. Staff is exceptional, professional, so helpful. Breakfast was included, very good. Why would you stay anywhere else? Loved my stay, the location, this amazing hotel."

"They failed to inform us when we checked in that they would be doing construction right outside my door with power tools, hammering, and extremely loud workers. When i informed expedia of the situation they called rodeway just to have front desk call my room and be extremely rude saying the website said renovations would be going on i have stayed in my share of hotels renavating and never have they worked on same floor as guest there so i am very disappointed in this stay the wifi did not work either all round horrible experience l"

"Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room and public spaces were clean and well maintained. Close to airport and restaurants, so very convenient if you are in town for just a night or passing through. Minimal pet fee was helpful as many places charge $100 or more."
