"The staff was phenomenal and are all about service . My flight was delayed and we got in after the rental car counters was already closed . I called the hotel and the night manager came to pick up within 10 minutes. At breakfast, the staff was so kind and made sure I did not feel rushed even though it was just about closing time, and then the day manager gave me a ride right back to the rental car pick up area. Everyone was really kind and welcoming and helpful."
