"Waited 90 minutes for the airport shuttle. During that time, we talked to the Front Desk 3x only to be told to go to the North doors instead of the West doors, which were the correct doors. We were also told the shuttle was on it's way twice. When we finally got to the hotel, we were told the shuttle prioritizes guests needing rides within 5 miles from the hotel OVER airport shuttles. A group needed to go to Target, which meant the shuttle missed the xx:50 airport run. SUPER frustrating! Will definitely take an Uber/Lyft next time! The evening reception was run by 1 person. She had to bartend, keep food replenished, and take food to rooms for room service."
