"I honestly loved it here. Room was nice and clean and parking was easy. If you’re as confused as I was about parking as I was, just contact customer service on the hotel website and ask whatever questions you need help with. Anyway, my mom was a bit bummed out by no pancakes since the machines were down, but all of the other food they constantly restocked for breakfast made up for it. Also, I was a bit hesitant to book bc of possible fees but everything went well. I really appreciate the transparency from the IHG customer service team reassuring me about what fees to expect and answering all of my questions before I booked and arrived. I’d definitely stay here again."

"We checked in late. Staff were excellent in helping us get transportation from off site rental car drop off point to the airport. Not enough time to check out the amenities but the room and property were clean and in good shape."

"The staff when I checked in were wonderful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean with hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was dirty. When I checked out, the staff member was very rude and acted like I was “bothering” her when I asked a simple question about the SkyTrain. Won’t be staying here again."

"The bed was very lumpy, breakfast was muffins and coffee and was actually not out when I went to get it at 9:30 am. Blinds were not working and ac was loud. Definitely do not recommend."
