"One microwave shared by the entire floor. The room needed dehumidification; moisture would be on top of my personal items when I wake up; needed a better air conditioner- very hot and muggy. However, the staff was phenomenal."

"Stuck in Atlanta due to a Delta flight delay causing us to miss our connecting flight to Barcelona, we booked the Westin to be close to the airport so we could get rebooked. Booked it for the pool and lobby area. Bar drinks were excessively expensive at $20+ a drink. Shuttle was a fantastic amenity. Beds were super comfortable and room was clean, quiet and cool. Great place to recoup and try to salvage our delta flight issues. Epic fail on Delta’s part but good on Marriott. Point off for costs and quality of food. Everything else was great."

"I was in a situation where I really needed a room for one night due to a flight delay and took a chance on this particular hotel. The curb appeal was lacking, but the overall esthetics inside the facility was good. Great service at the front desk; the bar/restaurant was nice and the passage ways were clean and well lit. However, everything went south when I opened the door to the most important amenity, my room. The room was a standard king with a separate sitting area; kind of like a suite type vibe. The couch was worn, suck-in, and my bed had no frame; it was a just a box-spring and terrible mattress. The room lighting was terrible. One of the bathroom towel rack fixtures was unstable and the other looked as though there was an unfinished repair made. If I weren't so tired I would have asked for another room. Bottom-line I would never book this hotel again, especially for an extended stay."
