From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail, genuine kindness, and personalized service truly set this place apart. The accommodation was absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly blended with nature while still offering every modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of the bush and relaxing on the private deck with breathtaking views felt like pure bliss. Every element of our stay was thoughtfully curated, from the delicious meals to the seamless safari experiences. The team went above and beyond to make sure our time here was unforgettable."

"The room is big and the staff is very nice. The Game Lodge was an incredible experience."

"The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were very nice, which gave a good first impression. The pool was fine, though it could definitely have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite dated and the bathroom was not very clean, which took away from the overall comfort. The biggest disappointment came on our checkout day when there was no water at all, making it impossible to shower or even wash up. We had paid extra for a late checkout, but couldn’t use it because of the water issue. The staff were friendly and apologetic, and we were promised an email with a credit note — but we never received it. With a bit of maintenance, better cleaning, and improved communication, this hotel could be so much better. It has potential, but as it stands, it was a frustrating experience overall."

"The area is wonderful, the game drives were the highlight of our trip, we saw different animals on each ride. The lodge was good too, the staff was friendly, food was ok, it was a bit noisy to be in a room by the pool but there was no option to select the room location on Expedia. Inside it was a bit dated and there were bugs (but it is in the wilderness so hard to keep them out). There were elephants coming almost to the restaurant which was amazing to see them right there. The entire idea to put this lodge at edge of the park is brilliant, it was a great experience overall "
