The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "

The staff in check in were friendly and informative. They presented my 4yo with a teddy and rose which made her day. We ate lunch, breakfast and dinner in Nova. Food was big portions and very flavourful would highly recommend. I had a massage at the spa which was relaxing, a really pleasant area. All facilities were spotless. "
