"There was no hot tub which was advertised. The staff did not clean our room until the second day when we had to ask them to. I loved our front desk attendant Mussarh. He immediately got in touch with the housekeeping. The elevator was broken for a full day. They did not refill our coffee, our Waters and we had to request towels. Needless to say not a good experience at all."

"Bugs in room specifically in bed comforter. Pool under maintenance, breakfast no meat options non pork eater here.
Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do.
I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane "

"Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. "

"It had bare minimum cleaning things where very dusty and the containers in the shower had soap on the outside the bottles. The cleaning walked in the room unannounced at 3:40pm after I had been gone all day when check in is at 3pm. The toilet paper rack was coming out the wall and the poeople that stayed beside us where yelling at 2am at each other. I WANT STAY THERE AGAIN"

"The breakfast offered a good variety, including bagels, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, and other continental options. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, we did find fur or hair on one of the bath towels before using it, which was unpleasant."
