"Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down. "

"Left a wake up call for 3AM. NEVER got it. Front desk has to drive guests to airport (literally, cross the street). Most of chargers fell out of the plugs……the plugs are so old that the plug does not grab the prongs. Room smelled bad. Chrome finish on several things in the tub was worn off, and that which did remain had years of hard water stains. Items for sale in the snack area were few and far between. Front desk had to run over to Best Western to replace the coffee creamer. Grass in the door to the computer area was broken. Clock in the lobby was not running. The staff me that the batteries seem to last less than a week. There are better hotels/motels within 2 miles, pick one of those. Sidebar..small town NO taxi service at 4AM."

"The room was a fair size, adequately furnished. Very comfy beds, pillows, and linens. HVAC worked well. Very quiet, as the place was nearly sold out and we never noticed noise from other guests. The bar was convenient, with a fairly good and diverse menu. (There is an on-site restaurant, but it was freezing in there, so we opted for the bar.) We could have used a bellhop, but none was on duty at the time we checked in, which was odd at 4 pm, as that is prime check-in time. They did, however, have an ample supply of high-quality luggage carts, so we made good use of those. Best thing of all is the ease of accessing the airport and parking garage."

"found a large roach in the shower when i turned the lights on .. huge fellow and disgusting ,had to catch it before my wife would see it. i was lucky i got to the bathroom first. she hates them , terrified of them .the night manager was great , helpful"

"Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work."

"Was not a clean establishment at all. Cockroaches were seen. Bath Tub bottom was pitch black from standing water over the years. Hot water and clean sheets though! Breakfast included ONLY consisted of a waffle machine and coffee. You get what you pay for :/"

"There is only one handicap accessible entrance to the building. The other entries are not accessible using a wheelchair."
