"Rooms were clean but blankets had cigarette burns in them. Only came into contact with one staff member, and he was at the front desk, he was nice. Breakfast was served in an altered room and was very lacking, it had a waffle maker & yogurt. The swimming pool was empty and had pool cover over it, did not see the hot tub. Very disappointed with these accommodations, whole family agreed it was worth the loss to check out early and move to another hotel. The photos provided do not match the actual experience."

"Staff on-site was very courteous, kind, and helpful. Did have one snooty interaction by phone when I called about not being able to pre-check in with the app as an email suggested. The property was clean. Thankfully, the room was cool but since it is a "green" hotel, don't expect fast temperature changes if you like things cooler or warmer than normal. The breakfast was satisfactory though I thought it was overhyped on the website. I didn't use the pool or guest laundry, but the gym area was great. The best part of the stay was the quiet. The hotel was heavily booked during my 5 nights there but I literally heard no noise other than an occasional closing door nearby. You'll have a peaceful and nice stay there. I recommend Ziggy's (literally next door and an easy walk) for breakfast."

"No breakfast provided. Went to do laundry, got quarters from the front desk. She called the manager to see if the wash/dryer worked in which he said yes. Took quarters up stairs to buy detergent, it was empty. Front desk provided detergent. Put laundry in, put detergent in only to find out the washer didn't work. Royal PITA, now I have clothes cover in detergent and have to find a laundry mat. Staff working was helpful and apologetic. I stay in Springfield quite often and there are better options for the same money. Also, no elevator, stairs only. "

"The room was very clean and really loved the bathroom, but the shower pressure was a little weak. But overall, the room was very nice"
