"The lobby and room were beautiful. The pool was pretty good. Hot tub was not very hot. The staff was nice but they couldnt find my reservation by name, only by number, but that might have been a miscommunication with Expedia. "

"Breakfast was great and plenty of choice and nice food. Could not get a tea kettle though in the room so difficult for drinks if you can’t drink caffeine like me. Had to also ask for coffee machine as shown in the hotels pictures of the rooms as they have now removed them all. Coffee machines are in reception only with a hot water dispenser which regularly rubs out of water!!! The room as ok but ALOT of noise from the road right out side the room and AC very loud both things made sleep difficult!! Would not stay again unfortunately. "
