"The included breakfast was delicious, but it’s a sit down menu-order not buffet, just FYI. The Healthy Toast was A+. Great location to transit, Mount Royal stairs, shopping and restaurants. We came for the Cycling World Champs, great proximity to the route. Cozy room with a big cookie to welcome us! Cozy bed, quiet room. Will stay again! :)"

Hotel Faubourg Montreal

"Value for price is excellent. After shopping around for a reasonably-priced, well-located, and full-service hotel, Faubourg was a logical choice. It was clear upon reading online reviews that it's not a luxury property, which is both true as well as not necessary. What was needed was sufficient space for two adults, one with a bicycle; central location for easy access to events (UCI World Championships) and transport; and services including breakfast, laundry, luggage storage, etc. The room was decently comfortable but without frills, the kitchen was not used other than for its convenient sink and fridge, space for personal belongings (dresser in the bedroom, closets) was adequate, having a balcony was nice (though some seating there would be welcome), but the bathroom could be cleaner and needs some attention to detail (dusty and broken - but functional - light, tub spout is loose, tile floor seems dirty, damaged, or just an odd design). The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but it gets the job done if you need a quick meal before a busy day; I supplemented with better coffee and snacks at cafes. In short, the Faubourg met expectations all around and in a city of expensive lodging is well-worthwhile."

"Excellent and convenient location especially for those travelling on the vIa rail Canada. Grab and go type facilities and 2 dining options. Great room and plenty of elevators. Melissa at the concierge was a definite standout. Incredibly helpful with all our queries and really went above and beyond to physically show us where to take a particular bus from outside the hotel."
Hotel Saint-Laurent Montreal

"We had a comfortable and spacious stay. The location was convenient, and it was an especially easy spot for ride-share pickup and drop-off. Our two-bedroom apartment was enormous, with a giant living room, working TVs, a full-size refrigerator, plenty of closet space and hangers, and even a laundry basket. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, as well as hand soap and lotion in the bathroom. That said, the photos made the property look more updated, bright, and renovated than it actually is. It has more of an older apartment-hotel feel than a modern or luxurious one. The cupboard doors sagged on their hinges, the shower was dated and didn't have a particularly good spray, and overall the apartment wasn't especially beautiful or swanky. Further, temperature was a problem for us: the living room and one bedroom had AC, but the second bedroom only had a portable tower fan, so that room got pretty hot at night. Overall, it was perfectly fine for our purposes: spacious, functional, and conveniently located, but definitely not a luxury hotel."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. You can walk to Chinatown, the Convention Center, Downtown, Old Town, etc. The staff was very, very accomodating whether it was storing our luggage or giving us suggestions on restaurants, directions etc. We would absolutely stay here again!"
