"We didn’t arrive for check in until after midnight. The man waiting at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He also upgraded our room from a Queen to a King suite on the 3rd floor because there was construction happening on the street and he didn’t want the noise to wake us up. The bed was incredible—so so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the water hot! The hotel is in a fantastic location in Old Montreal—literally just across the street from the Notre Dame. The food at the restaurants is yummy, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend! "

"I had a very comfortable stay at The Omni Royal. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The downtown location was great for access to old town and Mount Royal. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff."
