"Hotel looks nice and is clean but my room was small even though I selected a queen size bed it looked like a double bed. The thermostat on my 2nd night wasn’t working so I called front desk and they said someone would be there right away. No-one showed after 30 minutes so I had to call a the front desk a second time….didn’t receive any apologies."

"C'était notre deuxième séjour a cet hôtel et je compte bien y retourner. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre prête a midi. Ce qui nous a laissé tout le loisir de profiter de la journée. Cet Hôtel est proche de beaucoup de lieu pour apprécier Montréal et la piscine est également très appréciable. Petite cuisine et salon, en plus de deux chambres séparées, l'idéal pour un séjour en famille ou amis !!"
