"A really nice hotel with very decent sized rooms and fitted out to a very high standard. The service is also excellent especially in the bar where the drinks never go dry!
A really nice place that my friends and I all said we would return to.
Don’t forget to try the superb Ulster Fry as well!"

"Cosy comfortable cottage, fully supplied to enable fulfillment of needs. Welcome and ease of check in marvelous, which plenty of advice on locality and surrounding facilities.
Only one downside, wi-fi intermittent, so disrupted feeds to watch golf and later boxing!"

"We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!"

"Great stay. Particularly enjoyed the food, although it’s becoming very expensive. Rooms are recently renovated and everything works well. Staff are very friendly and professional. "

"One-night stopover on our way to Larne for the ferry. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room, comfy beds and a very nice breakfast.
We have impaired mobility so booked a disabled access room. The bathroom was a wet room and was clean and tidy, but after showering the floor was extremely slippery which was quite scary for someone such as myself who has poor balance."

On the green shores of Lough Neagh, the biggest lake by area in the British Isles, sits Massereene Golf Club, formed in 1895 and proud owner of what without question is one of Northern Ireland’s best parkland courses. Legend has it that the lough was formed when the giant Finn MacCool tossed a sod of earth at a Scottish foe (the boulder became the Isle of Man). Whether you subscribe to that tall tale or not, you certainly can’t deny that Lough Neagh provides a fittingly dramatic backdrop to the challenge of this tricky course, especially on grey and windy days.
