A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean. I would stay again but it would be better if the room was refreshed.

The hotel is charming and the rooms are cheery and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is picturesque and well-located for bus and streetcars as well as being fairly close to the Den Haag Centraal railway station.

We booked a suite as it was a stop on our honeymoon. The staff have been helpful and kind since booking through to the stay and check out. The suite was beautiful with a free standing bath tub and comfy bed. We would definitely come back again

This is a great hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with my late arrival due to the train strike, assisting me with check-in and getting settled. My room was clean. While the bed was a bit too firm for my sensitive back, I understand mattress preferences are personal. The hotel is on a kind of main street , so if you are after a quite location this is not the case . On the other hand this is an advantage if you are after some city feeling , with small cute bars and restaurants near by. The €18 breakfast felt overpriced for the selection offered. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

Excellent little hotel

I stay here a lot when travelling for work. Staff very friendly. Nice little hotel rather than the huge chains. Much more quiet. Very clean. Rooms generally much bigger and more character. Love the rooms in the back with the big full height windows. Much more character.

The hotel is amazingly convenient to everything by tram and bus, and the area around it (Archipelbuurt) is charming and has many nice restaurants and my favorite cheese shop (Alexanderhoeve). My room was clean and functional. The elevator is slow but it does the trick when you have luggage. The stairs are fine at other times

We arrived around 1 pm and were greeted by Myrthe who provided exceptional customer service. As our room was ready, she helped us find our room. When the elevator would not move due to weight, she took one of our bags to our room up 2 flights of stairs. When we left one of us went into elevator with bags and the other walked down. Location is great - only 4 tram stops from central station and 1 long block to walk. The hotel is historic and interesting. Our room size was on the small size but okay to move around. There was a separate room for toilet and shower. There was no door on shower/sink room but it was in a corner. On the main level there is a coffee machine that is available 24 hours and some fruit. The storage space is limited - we left our clothes in our suitcases which is okay for us. I would definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel for a business trip on the basis of a 24hr manned reception in the description as I knew I might arrive late at night. When I arrived, the “manned reception” turned out to be a buzzer to phone someone in another hotel who buzzed you in remotely. The sign on reception said reception was manned between 7am and 8pm. Room had a sign saying “24 hour manned reception” but 7:30 when we went down for breakfast there was no one there, not even for supplying breakfast. We waited till 8am for someone to arrive to serve breakfast and in the end had to go hungry as no one showed up. We phoned the contact number on reception and it rang the phone on reception so absolutely no way to contact staff. Very poor for what claims to be a four star hotel. On the plus side - room was nice, bed was comfy. Felt very let down by the staff issue.

I have visited the Stadsville Mozaic Hotel frequently. It’s a great location close to the tram station. A cozy neighbourhood. The rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Always good.
