"The pros of this location, 1) surrounded by fast food restaurants for a quick bite after traveling. 2) 10 minutes to the airport and has a shuttle pick up and drop off service. 3) the room was clean. The cons: 1) the facilities are a little run down, the including the van that does the shuttle service. 2) the building did not look like they did regular cleaning. The trash and spills on the floor that were there the afternoon I arrived were still there the next morning. There were wet floor signs but no sign of cleaning."

"My non smoking room had cigarette burns on the blanket. There was a bedbug on the bed. The sink and toilet was broken. It also looked as if someone tried to force entry into the room. When I took my concerns to the front desk I was told that there was nothing he could do, I had to wait until the next day and talk with the manager. Needless to say I did not stay at the hotel and I will be go all the way to the top with this complaint if I do not get refunded. And yes I have pictures and video…"

"This place is just outdated and the customer service was poor. The elevator felt like it was about to break down. The Bartender was very rude. I’m not happy at all and I will be requesting a full refund."

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."
