"We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water...
