"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! "

"We had a very comfortable stay, property is new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Onsite laundry facility with washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved our stay, it is located very close to Arno which makes for a picturesque evening stroll. "
