"Hallway smelt damp, carpet was old, loose and stained, wall outside room was literally falling apart and hanging out clearly from excessive water damage. Room felt dirty, stains on built in couch and decorative covers on the end of the bed, all wine glasses in the room were visibly dirty - clearly had been wiped out with a dirty rag. When checking in the front desk agent told me ‘we’ve just upgraded the room you booked to an executive room’ I didn’t ask for this … and the room certainly wasn’t an upgrade - it was old, musty and dirty. Do not recommend staying here … it certainly was not worth $340 per night. Disappointed."
