"Upon both check in and check out, no one was anywhere to be found for 10+ minutes. It seems like the front desk staff take breaks and just disappear, leaving no one to man the desk. Staff was odd, not friendly, and it was just not a pleasant experience customer service wise. The hotel was pretty dated. Would not stay here again."

"Check-in was easy, but I wasn't aware of the additional $15 parking fee prior to arriving, not a huge deal but just unexpected. Once I got into the room, I proceeded to take a shower, but when I turned on the water the floor of the shower began to turn orange, which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly. I could deal with that, I'll just wash up at the sink because at this point it had been a long day, but then I hear full fledged construction going on in the room next to me, hammering, etc. I called the front desk and they were aware of the repair but unsure of how long it would take. At this point it's almost 9pm. They did relocate me to another room, so it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, The only thing was that he announced my room number with male guests behind me. I was traveling alone so it took me back a little. Usually, the front desk person will just said your room number is on your card."
