"Great location, staff, and bar/restaurant. The art gallery is an incredible bonus, along with the workout facilities!"

"Room was very nice. I did bring staff attention to the mold under shower clear caulking and she apologized."

"We booked a pet friendly room. The carpet it in the room was dirty but expected for a pet room in a budget room. Furniture was functional but missing paint. Bathroom had hair human hair on the toilet. .again, it happens. I DID have an issue with the front desk lady. When we came in I rang the bell, she popped her head over the balcony and said something. Had no idea what she said. When she got down to the desk she said no dogs in lobby. This is NOT posted on the door, she did not mention it when we called 30 min earlier to confirm they did have a pet room. It was only visible on a sign once you walk into the lobby. We also had to go to the room through a different entrance. Their choice but it would have been great to know before we.got in the lobby."

"Windows were so dirty that the view of the Arch and River was impossible. Switched room to be able to see a little better."
