"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "
"Really nice hotel! Big rooms, clean, attentive staff. Good housekeeping. The two restaurants on site are really good and it’s a great location. The pool and gym are really big and nice. Would definitely stay here again. "
"This is a very modern and stylish hotel, located near a major crossing from the Loop to the Magnificent Mile and a straight walk to the West Loop. In other words, a great place to stay if you like to walk—and Chicago is a truly great walking city. The service is exceptional—very nice staff and great technology that is not just clever, but it works reliably. The lobby and bar are decorated with great primary colors and has a capacious bar/breakfast space, an outdoor terrace and a living room. The individual hotel rooms are simple, but very nice.
Breakfast buffet was outstanding in general, but also with terrific service and a very reasonable price. "
