"The proximity to the park is very convenient. They have a lot of activities available to keep children entertained. The food at Bricks was okay, the service and setup were efficient. However, the hotel needs to be remodeled or deep cleaned thoroughly. It looks grimy and dirty all over. We stayed in an adventure themed room and as soon as you step out of the elevator, the smell is almost overwhelming. The carpet smells like dirt and mildew. The linens and towels smell like mildew as well. We saw a couple of earwigs in the room. I would not stay here again."

"Resort is huge and geared towards corporate events it seems. Rooms were a good size. Battery fire detector went off at 12:30am and 4:30am the first night. Maintenance came in to assess and change battery at 12:30. Next day told management to replace with brand new unit with brand new battery. It’s an okay resort but prob won’t return. Bobs Steak House was excellent option for dinner on the properly."

"Our room was full of bugs crawling around. We arrived at 1 am and there was no other available room. I tried to contact hotel.com but there was no real customer service available. The front desk lady came in with a broom and chase some bugs away but we had to stay since I had a toddler and no time to find another hotel."

"Pictures on line looked better than the property actually was. It is in need of maintenance. There was a smell and dampness to our room that was very unpleasant. The staff was pleasant and helpful and moved us, but the second room wasn’t much better. The complimentary breakfast was just okay."

"Exceeded our expectations!! You can text the front desk 24/7 which was amazing because I hate having to call sometimes when my little ones are sleeping but need something quickly answered. The room was so great it had everything we needed and more. The fact there was a short and bathtub was so helpful for us. The kitchen had many items needed to cook. The pools, playground and other community amenities were so great, never experienced anything like it. We were a 9 min walk to Legoland and so close to the flower fields and many other things to do (strawberry fields). My kids had the best time. Will be returning again with more family in the future."
