"I would like to mention a few serious concerns from my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not what I expected. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, which immediately gave a poor first impression and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another very upsetting situation happened in the parking lot. "There were multiple fights that took place outside of my room, which made the whole place seem very unsafe. Homeless individuals camp out in the grass across from the hotel. The front desk staff did not communicate, I paid for a late checkout and was still disturbed multiple times the day of checkout to leave at the original time. The lady who worked the front desk was nice enough, but the man was rude and combative. "
