"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. Highland Rooms - Room Only No Breakfast

10/10 Excellent

"This is a great guest house. We had a lovely view overlooking some of the harbour. Walking distance into town which is great. AJ met us with a beautiful smile and laughter in her talking. How could you not respond in smile! The bed was extremely comfortable. Has a refrigerator yay!!! Coffee pod machine Yay! Television could be updated, sound quality was poor. The pre check in instructions could be reworked we found them confusing and a little abrupt. This made us feel that the hospitality would be unsettling. It wasn't of course when AJ greeted us with warmth. All the very best AJ and Luke with your young family."

"This is a must place to stop when in Ullapool. When we arrived we were met with a friendly welcome, with an offer of a tot of whiskey and freshly made short bread. The lounge area is very comfortable with excellent views over the loch and mountains in the distance. Our room was very clean and ideal for our stay, again we had views over the loch. Access to the town was a short walk. The town is lovely with views again over the loch. The beds were comfortable and a good night sleep. The breakfast was very tasty and staff were again so friendly and helpful"

"Such a beautiful place to stay! All the rooms face the Loch and have kitchenettes with fridge microwave and hot plate. We didn’t even use the kitchen and instead had an amazing dinner at their restaurant. Local venison in my husband’s burger and my Maple glazed chicken were two of the best meals we’ve had in Scotland/ Skye this week! The room was beautifully styled with matching curtains, pillows and red colour accents. Looked very new and the property well maintained. ( Quite the opposite of most other Sky and Scotland hotels we’ve experienced!) Free parking on site. Hot showers and a towel warming rack. We hope to come back and stay again one day!"
