"Overall, we had a great stay at Cachet Crossing. It's unfortunate that the property is no longer owned by Blue Mountain and there is no access to the pool. Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious. We did have some issues with loud music after 11 pm and had to call in multiple noise complaints until 2 am. Property Valet was very professional and talked to us about the noise the following day. No blame to put on them as they completely understood the situation and made multiple attempts to call blue mountain security. It was just an unfortunate situation where blue mountain security did not act quickly and and we had no choice but to call the police. A word of caution that there are major renovations going on at the complex, and you will see tons of garbage outside. We did see some glass and nails on the ground near our unit, but Property Valet made it right by sweeping up the exterior of the unit. Despite the issues listed, we had a great time and would stay at the property again for a future visit."
