"Great stay for one night along our route to Crater Lake in Oregon. We booked a 2 bed room the day before so it was a good find! Misty, at front reception, was friendly and helpful and gave us a room upgrade (full kitchen!) The room was large, comfortable, and clean. "

"We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail. We were give a handicap room, which we did not need. Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge. We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager."
