The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing. "
