"Very strategic location with 3 min to Lee Garden and 3 min to kim yong market. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The only weakness is wifi is not stable inside room."

"โรงแรมสวย ใหม่ และมีกลิ่นหอมมาก เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ประทับใจตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่มาถึงค่ะ พนักงานทุกคนให้การต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง และเตียงนอนนุ่มสบายจนหลับเต็มอิ่มตลอดคืน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ครบครัน รวมถึงในห้องน้ำมีฝักบัวแบบ Rain Shower ให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายสุด ๆ น้ำไหลสม่ำเสมอ อาบน้ำแล้วสดชื่นเหมือนได้อยู่สปาเลยค่ะ ที่สำคัญอินเทอร์เน็ตเร็วด้วยนะ แม้จะไม่มีอาหารเช้าแต่ทางโรงแรมจะมีชา กาแฟ และขนมให้ทานฟรี หรือหากต้องการสั่งอาหารสามารถเรียกรับบริการรูมเซอร์วิสได้จากในห้อง สะดวกมาก สำหรับใครที่ไม่ได้ขับรถมาเอง หรือไม่สะดวกในการเดินทาง โรงแรมยังมีบริการช่วยเรียกรถให้ด้วยนะคะ สะดวกสบายสุดๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าสะดวกมาก มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า ทั้งในตึกและหน้าตึก อยู่ใกล้ตลาด ร้านอาหาร ร้านคาเฟ่ที่เค้กและกาแฟอร่อยมาก ใต้ตึกมีตู้กดขนมอัตโนมัติที่คอยให้บริการ 24 ชม.เลย มีตู้กดน้ำเต่าบินด้วย ส่วนบรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง ที่จอดรถรองรับได้เยอะมาก ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องจะไม่มีที่จอดเลยค่ะ ที่ประทับใจอีกอย่างคือความเอาใจใส่ของพนักงานค่ะ ทุกคำขอได้รับการช่วยเหลืออย่างรวดเร็ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการแนะนำร้านอาหารอร่อย ๆ ในพื้นที่ หรือการจัดเตรียมสิ่งเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ที่ทำให้การพักผ่อนสมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น โรงแรมนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่คุ้มค่าเกินราคา ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพการบริการ ความสะดวกสบาย และบรรยากาศ ใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักที่อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ขอแนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ รับรองว่าจะต้องประทับใจ"

"Great Hotel, Great Location The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean. Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient. We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai. Thanks for the GREAT stay!! Highly Recommend this HOTEL "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great. The hotel occupancy was full throughout our stay. There's complimentary parking available. Only downside was the toilet has a very bad smell. It is even worse when we return to the hotel at night and have to live with the smell. We had to buy an air refreshner from the supermarket to tackle the problem. It must be from the sewerage or the pipe. We did gave feedback to the hotel. They sprayed but the smell will return aft 10-15 minutes. The wifi connectivity is weak. But we cant do much for the price we paid. It is a 3 star hotel."
