"We had a great experience staying at this lodge during our trek to Namche Bazaar. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and it was great to have access to a hot shower after a long day of trekking. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The owner and staff were all very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the area!"

"The Mountain view hotel was the best locations in Lukla which wasn't far from the town or any other amenities. The staff & guide (D Sherpa) was the most knowledgeable local guides & the staff made you most welcome & nothing was too hard to accomplish.I would recommend the fine hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Lukla."

"We booked because of the good reviews and the hot showers. We were not disappointed at all! Panorama is great with the genuinely friendly and helpful service of Mingna. Would book again in a heartbeat. "

"The sister and brother who run this lodge are amazingly gracious and extremely helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, had a great view as well. The food was all made from scratch and was delicious. I rarely write reviews, but having had a past lifetime in the industry I know when the effort is there and these two newcomers to the hospitality industry are right on track. "

"This place really made our EBC trip memorable. The architecture of the hotel was better than any other place we stayed at during the trek. After hiking all day, to come to a very large room with heated blankets, very hot showers, and warm and attentive staff made us feel very relaxed and content. dinner was very delicious! Would highly recommend staying here."

"Beautiful, old hotel/lodge with character. All was clean, warm and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. And...great location/views of the Lukla Airstrip i.e. just above it."

"Perfect after 2 weeks trekking in the mountains "

"Proprietor clearly not interested in his business "

"Very friendly and helpful owner. Got a helicopter for us at short notice."

"Everything was great! Staff was VERY attentive. Even came and woke us up for dinner as we were sleeping right through it."
