"This is a very charming, new-looking bed and breakfast just a few minutes' drive outside Izamal. Our cabin was very nice, clean, and quiet with good AC. Good communication with the owner, who is also very good with English. Breakfast is flexible, with good menu options available ordered the night before for a specific time. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling by car looking to stay in the area."

"A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."

"Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs. We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property. Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape. "

"The staff was great. They offered us bananas ans coconut water from the trees. The pool was anazing! We used it at night with the stars and in the early morning . It was 102 degree day so we limited outdoor activies to morning. The air was a lttle slow to cool. But it did get cool. The extreme heat was probably the problem. But we loved the place!"
