Low cost, quiet. Hot shower with good water pressure. Mattress had a spring sticking out. Desk host made a note to fix. Cigarette holes in sheets Rooms could use a refresh which appears to be in process.

I am guessing that when they complete renovations, they could be a wonderful place. But right now, they have a lot cleaning and improvements to make. A good sign would be helpful, difficult to find

Really old motel still in the middle of remodeling. You get what you paid. I didn’t have high expectations initially due to the cheep price. Check-in was OK. However, the front desk told me breakfast was not included. That was wrong and it is on my reservation. Room has smell, the toilet flush got leak. The front desk guy was friendly. Location was OK. There was not blankets in the room. I asked and the front desk guy said they did not provide but gave me a few bed sheets.

In need of repairs

Definitly in need of repairs and upgrades. The bed was very comfortable but under the bed looks to have never been cleaned/swept. Need to take the pool out off the location because its a complete mess and disgusting to even look at. The lady at the front desk was the friendliest person though. For the price and only needing a couple hours sleep it wasn't that big of a disappointnent.

False advertising

The pictures that are advertised are taken from when it was originally The Magnuson Hotel. It looks like a beautiful, clean, luxury hotel. Trust me it is NOT. It's ghetto... outside was in disrepair and sketchy and the inside was dirty. There was A LOT I could go into but I won't. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked good, and the shower was nice with hot water and good pressure. It was okay after I bought a blanket, (because they only had a sheet on the bed) and I bought air freshener and cleaning supplies, and insisted they fixed my door so it would shut all the way and latch. But it was a sketchy place to stay, especially for a woman traveling alone.

Property under remodeling, however was clean. I was given a newly remodeled room. Very nice and clean. Quiet. Parking in front of room. Young lady at desk very friendly, cheerful and quite helpful. Totally enjoyed my night here. Would return again

Room wasn’t clean even though the Front desk/assistant manager, Lakesiha Brown, called housekeeper to make sure room was ready for check in. She said it was. I walked into a dirty room. Hair was everywhere, floors wasn’t swept, dead roaches in drawer. But Lakesiha was very sweet and understanding when I informed her of my room. She allowed me a later check out. Huge thanks to Lakesiha who not only worked front desk but cleaned rooms in between. Thanks for all your help!

This was by far the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. And to be told by the front desk that I get what i pay for. 1st, I reserved 2 rooms with king beds and got 2 double beds. Ok whatever fine. Then you get to the rooms. Stale cigarette smell, bugs, the sheets and towels visually dirty. Floor sticky and dirty. Cigarette marks all over the sinks and tubs. Garbage under the bed, bug carcasses. Tub so dirty i felt like showering would make me dirtier. The door was dirty, duck tapped and nog secure. Neighbors yelling all night with no interference from the front desk. Listed for breakfast (as per search stipulation) and has no breakfast despite even having a sign in front for it. Absolutely disgusting

1st room 107 had a cockroach, on the night stand. I got transferred to another room next door and it had roaches also. The bed linen had not been changed also. I had to sleep on top of the bed, I had been on the road for 10 hours, and was too exhausted to get moved again. The staff were nice, but unfortunately the state of the premises let everything down.
