"We didn’t expect too much from the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, right next to the beach. Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily stay here again."

"The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We liked the view from our room and the walk around the estuary is quite lovely. Breakfast was also quite good. The cold water dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch especially after a long walk."

"Right on the beach. Short walk on the boardwalk to the community park where there is a playground if you have kids. Beautiful view of the ocean. Our suite was more like an apartment, it had everything we could need."

"Such a wonderful property with incredible ocean views - very quiet and peaceful. The pool was an added bonus. The only minor maintenance items was the broken seal in the window which concealed the spectacular view. Highly recommend this property to couples, families or anyone seeking the ambiance of west coast living. The dining room was closed for the 2 nights we were there but there are lots of other dining options relatively close by or bring your own picnic to enjoy on your own private deck!"

"1st time visitors but it won't be our last time. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and help full. The food and view are fantastic from both the dining room and the patio looking out over the Parksville waterfront. The room was on the smaller side but extremely clean and well-maintained. The deck was perfect to have a drink and look out over the water. They had both an outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool and hot tub. Very family friendly."

"The room was clean and the shower was nice and high (I'm 6'3). Could have used a few more outlets around so make sure to bring power cables for phones. But not a star off for something like that. Great place overall!"
