"A charming, cozy hotel in a perfect location between Sanremo’s two harbors. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly, caring, and attentive. "This was my second visit to the Royal Hotel which I was looking forward to! On arrival no recognition for it being my second visit- no welcome message or fruit etc in the room! Staff are great especially the pool team and the breakfast team! The room i had was the same as last time- I asked if I could have a late chexk out at 2pm and told no!! I still love the hotel but it could do better to recognise returning guests!"
