"Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant very good but not many other dining options within walking distance. Chosen for locality to Thon Buri railway station, about 15 minutes walk."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. However, our rooms are very small. If you have a checked bag size of bag, you’re probably not having enough space to open it in the room. I had a small carry on bag and had a hard time opening and closing it.
Room itself was clean, staff was helpful and kind, very busy location and Boat port is a minute walk so its very accessible to all the touristic areas through the boat.
Overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend! "
"We stayed here for 3 night. Had a lovely stay. Family rooms are spacious with big shower rooms and 2 TV’s. Everything was very clean, with daily maid service. The beds were super comfy. There are complimentary dental kits shower cups and ear buds as well as free water bottles (4 in our room daily). The hotel staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Grand palace and MRT station
Location wise , the hotel is a street away from Khao San road, lively, busy and a big transformation between day and night. There 7/11 right across from the hotel. We used them for some snacks and coffees every morning.
A big shout out to Pokky, Man who both assisted with a minor issue that we had. Big thank you for the rest of the team who made us feel very welcomed on our first trip to Thailand."
"I stayed at this hotel -the moment hotel bangkok- for five days and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay.
The level of cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced. Both the rooms and the common areas were maintained to an exceptionally high standard, which made a huge difference to my overall experience.
The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk service was fast, pleasant, and efficient. Every question I had was answered, and I received help with every small request or issue, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
The breakfast was excellent — very tasty, with a wide variety of options, including great choices for vegetarians, which I truly appreciated.
The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it very comfortable and relaxing to sleep throughout my stay.
I would also like to especially mention the doorman, who was absolutely lovely. It was always a pleasure to see him whenever I returned to the hotel — he was welcoming, warm, and friendly at all hours of the day and night.
This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and will gladly recommend it to everyone whenever I get the chance.

"We had a great time with the amazing hosts Asia and Mickey super clean rooms, great advice on where to go, help making plans and a very interesting neighborhood. First rate. We would be thrilled to visit this hotel again. "
"We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. Staff is extremely efficient when there is an issue. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so."
"Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of small amenities. Bed was comfortable.Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious but I’m lactose intolerant and they offered no milk substitute. "
