Cuando llegamos recepción estaba cerrada , solo una máquina fuera y no podiamos registrarnos. LLamabamos al telefono del hotel y no lo cogian.Despuès de estar más de una hora esperando por fin nos dio opción a registrarnos.Pero tuvimos que pagar la estancia otra vez , pues si no no podiamos entrar. Después de entrar al hotel tampoco nos dejaba asceder a la habitacion, y tuvimos que llamar otra vez y esta vez si nos cogieron el teléfono.La tarjetaq que nos dieron solo era para 24 horas y que a las 8 de la tarde habría alguien en recepción para darnos la definitiva. Al día siguiente una de las tarjetas no nos dejaba pasar a la habitación y otra vez a estar pendiente de cuando llegaban a recepción.También tuvimos que estar pendientes de que nos dieranb un justificante de que nos abonaban del segundo pago que hicimos. En fin perdimos mucho tiempo de nuestro viaje por culpa del hotel.

Buena limpieza, muy bien ubicado. Lo mejor el personal de recepcion muy amable y agradable, muy buena disposición. Lo peor, deben quitar la calefacción y pase mucho frio de noche.

Hotel muy céntrico, agradable y confortable. Desayuno algo caotico en cuanto a organización y horario. Creemos que deberían tenerse en cuenta las peticiones de los clientes como cama de matrimonio y habitación en pisos mas altos. Por lo demás todo muy correcto.

Super Lage im Herzen der Stadt. Grad nach einer langen Fahrt gut noch ein wenig durch den schönen Ort zu laufen. Motorrad direkt vor der Tür geparkt. Gut geschlafen!!

Ein Hotel als Basis

Ich war im September nur eine Nacht dort und bewohnte ein Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbelegung im 3. Stock. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und mit einem Doppelbett, 2 Nachttischen, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einem Designsessel ausgestattet. Über das Fenster sieht man den Innenhof. Das Fenster sollte man nicht aufmachen wenn die Nachbarn kochen, sonst es ist es Nachts nutzbar um frische Luft zu bekommen. Das Bad mit Badewanne ist gut eingerichtet und bequem. Bei mir war nur ein Duschgel, eine Shampoopackung und ein mal Seife (Einzelbelegung). Die Leute an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe kein Frühstück im Hotel genommen, weil es in Teruel genügend Bars, Cafeterias und Restaurants gibt. Café habe ich in der Plaza de San Juan 10 Meter entfernt vom Hotel getrunken (ab 8:30 offen) und mein Frühstück habe ich bei Casa Muñoz in der Plaza del Torico genommen. Ich finde Preise und Leistungsverhältnis vom Hotel gerade in Ordnung.
