"Not what I thought. First I thought it was hotel, when we got there it looked like normal apartments, no sign. But that goes away once you’re inside. I was so wonderfully surprised, nice room, great location and the staff was amazing! Great stay, recommend. "

"Great central location. Modern, clean, superb breakfast options. Polite and helpful staff. Some noise outside, but you are in the city centre after all. Unusual pillows, you’ll see what I mean when you go. But do stay here as we would definitely go back."

"I had a wonderful stay at Casa Manzella! Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well as things to do around town. They were so very accommodating, which I appreciate so much. I was delighted to see an expresso machine and continental breakfast each morning. I loved having a balcony for those mornings I just wanted to sip my coffee and enjoy the crisp cool weather. I will definitely recommend this B&B. Special thank you to Pino, Mario and MariAngela for making my stay memorable. "

"I stayed one night in Palermo, and since it’s almost impossible to find a hotel with parking in the city center, this hotel was a great find. It offers free parking, which is a huge advantage. The rooms are large and comfortable, the price is very affordable, and the reception staff is warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"I visited this property during the off season. The property exceeded my expectations. I was given two rooms that adjoined via a staircase. The rooms were a ground floor and 2nd level. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The hotel offered laundry services and is very close the the main road that is pedestrian only and near the area where most restaurants and shopping are located. The hotel is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. My stay here was very relaxing and the experience at this hotel was charming. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely re-book at this hotel again. "
