"The area is poorly marked. Confusing! The room and staff were top flight! Loved the views and we were made to feel welcome! Need more signage. "

"Nice room but lacking basic necessities. Hot water heater runs out of hot water fairly quickly. Cleaning staff not consistent. Room was not cleaned last night and ran out of shampoo and toilet paper. Property is being run as a cash cow. Missing light bulb cover, toilet paper holder, soap and conditioner holder in shower, mirror in bathroom too low to see face for shaving. Not enough light over bathroom sink. Etc."
