"Good breakfast. Rooms were big and spacious. Pool looked terrible was not maintained during off season. inside pool not included for use."

"For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!"

"The location was ideal and centrally located. Our room was 2stories with the bed upstairs in a loft. Downstairs was a sitting area and bathroom. It was a pain to have to go up and down stairs to use the bathroom at night. The staff was professional but not friendly. The wouldn’t give us a second card key for my husband who likes to go on early walks in the morning and if you take the key card out of the wall the electricity cuts out. We asked if the towel warmer could be turned on and was told no. We never saw above the ground floor nor the restaurant. The location was great."
