I can’t even find the words to describe how terrible this Hotel Jerai is ..!!! THE ROOMS AND THE BATHROOM ARE FILTHY.. THE SINK DRAINAGE PIPE LEAKS.. ! THE REST OF THE HOTEL IS A DISASTER ZONE ..!

Nicely designed rooms and lobby, staff were helpful, we were only here 2 nights but it was a great choice and really easy to get to everything from there.

The Landmark by The Only Bnb
The properly is quite run down with many broken things: - the sofa is badly stained and smell bad - 2 out of 6 chairs are broken - both fob keys not working - toilet papers not provided - tissue papers not provided - exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working resulting in misty and damp environment ...
